Biography

Natalie was born in Seattle, Washington to Lou and Carol Conte. She later moved to Chicago, where she met and married Jeff Manning and became pregnant with their son Owen. Jeff was killed in activity during an overseas deployment a few months prior to the start of the show.

Later six years of working in the Emergency Department, Natalie is fired at the cease of season 6 after she confesses to stealing medication from a drug trial in an attempt to aid her mother who is suffering from heart failure.
